Trials for all Victorian state netball teams to compete at the 2020 Australian Men’s & Mixed Netball Association Championships will be held throughout August this year at the Mullum Mullum Stadium in Donvale.

There will be three trials for each division, held over three consecutive Sundays in August. Trials will kick off on Sunday August 11, with the second and third trial to follow on Sunday, August 18 and Sunday, August 25, respectively.

Teams selected will compete in the 2020 Australian Men’s and Mixed Netball Championships, to be held in Adelaide over Easter, from April 12-18, 2020, at the St Clair Recreation Centre, 109 Woodville Rd, Woodville.

Registration will not be available at trials and post trials submissions/apologies will not be accepted.

Each team will be selected by the respective coach and a selection panel. If you are a past State player, ensure you are not wearing State/Aus representative uniform.

Each trial will consist of match play with positions being called out at the end of each run.

Triallists are required to attend all three selection sessions. If you are not able to attend a session or sessions, you must submit an apology to: secretary@vmmna.org

17 & Under and 20 & Under (Please note difference in start time for 20s during Trial #3):

• Trial #1: Sunday August 11th. Arrive from: 9:30am / Trials: 10am-12pm
• Trial #2: Sunday August 18th. Arrive from: 9:30am / Trials: 10am-12pm
• Trial #3: Sunday August 25th. 17s: Arrive from: 9:30am / Trials: 10am-12pm while 20s Arrive from: 11:30am / Trials: 12pm-2pm

Men’s, Mixed and 23 & Under:

• Trial #1: Sunday August 11th. Arrive from: 11:30am / Trials: 12pm-2pm
• Trial #2: Sunday August 18th. Arrive from: 11:30am / Trials: 12pm-2pm
• Trial #3: Sunday August 25th. Arrive from: 11:30am / Trials: 12pm-2pm

NOMINATION FEE: $230.00 deposit, including handling fee, is required with your nomination ($30 trial/handling fee + $200 tour deposit).

$200 will be refunded to unsuccessful applicants.

Successful applicants will have $200 credited to their tour invoice.

PARKING: There is a free carpark at the stadium.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Bus routes with stops outside Mullum Mullum Reserve (where the Stadium is located) on Springvale Road and Reynolds Road include route number 151, 273 & 309.
