Plenty of Victorians will be donning the green and gold in 2024
Australian camps for all age divisions have been in full swing following the 2024 AMMNA Championships in April. Victoria being recognised for it’s strong performance at the championships with 28 Victorian athletes being invited to the various camps:
- 17s & 20s Selection Camp Sydney, 3-5 May 2024
- Kelpies Selection Camp, AIS 22-25 May 2024
- 23s and Mixed Camp, Gold Coast 14-16 June 2024
We are excited to announce 21 Victorian players have been selected in to final Australian teams. All teams are expected to participate in tours, with final dates still being finalised.
Head coach Gerard Murphy is thrilled with the amount of Victorian representation across several age groups, including the Kelpies:
“It is an excellent opportunity for development and nice recognition for their families and coaches who have supported their development. I can’t wait to see them all out playing for Australia.”
We also want to congratulate those players who attended camps but were not selected in the final team.
We look forward to seeing all our Victorians do us proud in their various tours. Look out for more details regarding tour dates and streaming.
