M-League registrations information
M-league registrations close in July. Please see links and information regarding M-League below.
- Register teams via NetballConnect – refer to the team entry and registration information below
- MLeague – Men’s & Mixed start Date: Wednesday 5 August
- Junior MLeague start Date: Wednesday 19 August
- Grand Final: Wednesday 10th December
- Please note: Court availability will be impacted on Wednesday 16th September, 14th and 21st October. Alternative courts, or nights may be required to maximise playing opportunities. This will be confirmed with the competition fixture.
Court Fees
Team Entry: $400 per team
Weekly Court Fees: MLeague – $150 per game / Junior MLeague – $130 per game

Player Categorisation
A resource for 2025 and 2026 State and International player classification is attached for your
reference. This resource only includes Victorian athletes, however is applicable to all State players.
Key definitions:
- International Men’s Open Players – Players named or played for their country’s representative team (e.g. Australian Kelpies, New Zealand Net Blacks, England Thorns, etc) in years 2025 or 2026
- Open Men’s – Any male player who represented their State in the Open Men’s in 2025 or 2026
- State Men’s Reserves – Any male player who represented their State in the Open Men’s Reserves or Open Mixed in 2025 or 2026
- 23&Under – Any male player who represented their State in the 23 & Under Team in 2025 or 2026
- 17&Under – Any male player who represented their State in the 17 & Under Team in 2025 or 2026
- 17&Under Reserves – Any male player who represented their State in the 17 & Under Reserve Team in 2025 or 2026
- Players who represented Australia/Victoria (or any other Country/State) in 2025 and 2026 will be categorised as per their selection in 2026. If a player did not compete in 2026, the 2025 categorisation will apply.
